Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of The Chapel! Membership is an important step in committing to a local church body, growing in your faith, and partnering in our mission to reach every man, woman, and child with repeated opportunities to hear and see the Gospel.

This form is the first step in the membership process. It allows us to get to know you better, hear your faith journey, and ensure that membership is the right next step for you. After completing this form, a pastor or leader from The Chapel will follow up with you to discuss the next steps, answer any questions, and guide you through the final steps of membership.
